Accessibility
Our commitment to making qedon.com usable by everyone.
QedON wants everyone to be able to use qedon.com, including people who use assistive technology or who have a disability. This statement explains what we do to make the website accessible and how to tell us if something isn’t working for you.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We build and check the website with this in mind, but we can’t promise that every page is free of problems at all times, particularly as content is updated.
What we do
- Pages use a clear heading structure, so screen reader users can move through them by section.
- Every page has a “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
- Links, buttons and form fields can be used with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
- Text and background colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Links that open in a new tab say so.
- Animations are switched off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something on qedon.com that you can’t use, or you need information in a different format, please email support@qedon.com. Tell us the page address, what went wrong, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We’ll look into it and let you know what we can do.
