How we build

A controlled process, built to curriculum standards from the start, so your course is ready for accreditation by awarding bodies or CPD recognition from professional membership organisations.

Design

Curriculum and assessment design. We map topics, learning outcomes and formative and summative assessments in a curriculum plan, aligned to workplace performance and accreditation requirements, and signed off by you before development begins.
Develop

Learning experience design. A screen-by-screen storyboard sets out the learner journey, content, video, avatar, voice-over, interactions and knowledge checks, approved by you before the build.
Build

Technical development. We build in industry-standard authoring tools, with video and animation, through prototype, alpha and beta versions reviewed by your subject matter experts.
Manage

Project control, QA and deployment. We track every topic and screen, run final quality checks, publish to your LMS and report progress throughout.

Where required, we develop programmes to the standard needed for ATHE endorsement. ATHE is a UK awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual, working with recognised centres in over 50 countries globally. Endorsement confirms that a programme's design meets ATHE's independent standards and is relevant to the needs of its learners.
