ATHE accreditation

Quality assurance you can verify, not just claim

Where required, QedON develops programmes with ATHE endorsement. ATHE is a UK awarding body regulated by Ofqual, not a certificate QedON issues itself.

The awarding body

What is ATHE?

ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education) is a globally recognised awarding organisation, regulated by Ofqual in the UK, operating across more than 240 centres in over 50 countries.

Why it matters

What endorsement actually means

It's not a badge we add. It's a standard a programme has to be built to.

External quality assurance

Independently reviewed against ATHE's standards, not declared by us.

Learner confidence

Your team knows the training meets a recognised standard.

International credibility

Recognised well beyond Ireland, relevant for global teams.

Stronger market position

A credential that carries weight for the organisation, not just the learner.

Our approach

QedON and ATHE

For organisations that choose ATHE endorsement, QedON doesn't simply add a badge at the end. The course is built to meet ATHE's required standard from the design stage onward, so the endorsement is earned, not applied afterwards.

Not every QedON course carries ATHE endorsement; it's available where an organisation's requirements call for it.

  1. Design
  2. Build to standard
  3. Review
  4. Endorsement where required
