Learner Changes Mid-Course

Removing a learner

1. In EmailQueue, set their future rows (Pending Review or Approved) to Cancelled, or delete those rows.
2. Leave their Sent rows alone — those emails have already gone.

The Enriched File itself doesn’t need updating — it’s already done its job of building the queue.

Adding a learner

Don’t re-run Build Email Queue on the full file, and don’t copy the Enriched File by hand.

1. Use the wa-course-setup Claude skill again, and say you’re adding one learner to an existing course. Give it that learner’s details, and it’ll build the Enriched File for just them.
2. Run Build Email Queue on that file.
3. Review and approve their rows as normal.
